A test of LOVE?

A conversation till 3.30am with my bro's gf last week left me ponder about alot of things. We talked about every girly things and of course not to miss out all the lovey dovey relationship part :) My bro and her work together in the same environment. She told me there was once she wore a spaghetti strap top to work and my bro was unhappy about it. So he went around looking for a coat to cover her up..lol..hehehehe...Then there was this time when my bro just got his salary and he told her that there is no more $$ left in his bank account coz he spent it all. She was worried and went to check his account but found out what he told her was not true. She got angry and ask him why he lied to her. His answer was simple and cute "Cos i just want to see whether you still care for me or not". And she just smiled :) A test of love? How many times have we done that before. I guess all of us must have done that to our partner whether directly or indirectly but all for the same reason. To test whether our partner still cares and loves us or not. It's not that we are not aware of it deep down in our heart. Just that we want to hear it from the mouth of our love one and their act of concern and care is enough to keep us smiling the whole day knowing that we are loved and cared for. Remember? Actions speaks louder then words!
