Stinglicious + Lek Tau Suan

Sting Ray

Have been wanting to post this up but never get to till now coz Celby always forget to send me the pics until recently :)

I went back to Kuching sometime back in July. Celby brought me to a stall at 3rd mile near McD. I just had dinner with my dad and Celby with his mum and we decided to meet up for sting ray coz Celby promised me :) The sting ray was really delicious just as Celby have described over the phone. You will definitely not be able to find this in Singapore...No no no...Hahaah...Both of us had a wonderful time savouring the whole plate together..lolz

Lek Tau Suan

This was taken sometime back in June when i was back for a week. Siang Siang 3rd mile.
The Tau Suan was fragrant and the texture was just perfect. Plus the Yew Tiau...yum yum...
Again..Celby was the one who found this stall at Siang Siang and brought me there...:)
He can be a tour guide for introducing the best food in Kuching. Trust me...ask him where to savour the best beef noodles, curry chicken, laksa, chicken rice etc. and he will be ready to share his 'taste-of-knowledge' with you all...=p

erm,...actually you CAN find stingray in sg

Yeah...S'pore do sell sting ray too but not as delicious as the one in Kuching and you definitely can't get it for anywhere near SGD$10-20 for such generous piece of sting ray :p
